Creamy no-bake cheesecake cups with a buttery biscuit base and vibrant mixed berry compote—chill before serving.

# What You Need:

→ Biscuit Base

01 - 5.3 ounces graham crackers or digestive biscuits, crushed
02 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

→ Cheesecake Filling

03 - 10.5 ounces cream cheese, softened
04 - 1/2 cup heavy cream, cold
05 - 2.5 ounces powdered sugar
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - Zest of 1 lemon (optional)

→ Berry Topping

08 - 7 ounces mixed fresh berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
09 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
10 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice

# How to Make It:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed biscuits and melted butter. Stir until crumbs are evenly coated. Divide mixture among 6 serving glasses or ramekins and press firmly to form an even bottom layer.
02 - In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Incorporate powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon zest if using, mixing thoroughly. Using another bowl, whip the cold heavy cream to stiff peaks, then gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until uniform and airy. Spoon or pipe this filling over the prepared biscuit base in each glass.
03 - In a small bowl, combine the mixed berries with granulated sugar and lemon juice. Allow to macerate for 10 to 15 minutes, so the berries release their juices.
04 - Distribute the berry mixture evenly over the cheesecake filling in each glass.
05 - Cover and refrigerate the assembled cups for at least 3 hours or overnight to fully set. Serve well-chilled.
