11 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
12 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
13 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
14 - Salt and pepper, to taste
15 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

→ Garnishes (optional)

16 - 2 green onions, sliced
17 - Fresh cilantro, chopped
18 - Pickled jalapeños
19 - Greek yogurt or sour cream, for drizzling

# How to Make It:

01 - Prepare the rice according to package instructions, or use pre-cooked rice if available.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together honey, hot sauce, chili flakes, and apple cider vinegar. Set aside.
03 - Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it into small pieces, until well browned, about 5 to 6 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
04 - Add minced garlic, smoked paprika, ground cumin, salt, and pepper to the cooked beef. Stir and cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes. Transfer beef to a bowl and keep warm.
05 - Wipe the skillet if needed. Add remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil and heat over medium. Sauté red onion and bell pepper for 3 to 4 minutes until slightly tender. Add corn and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in spinach or kale and cook just until wilted.
06 - Divide rice among serving bowls. Top with sautéed vegetables and seasoned ground beef. Drizzle with hot honey sauce.
07 - Finish each bowl with green onions, cilantro, pickled jalapeños, and a dollop of Greek yogurt or sour cream if desired. Serve immediately.
