- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange pretzels in a single layer.
- Place white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring thoroughly between each, until completely smooth. Alternatively, melt using a double boiler over gently simmering water.
- Add green food coloring gel to melted chocolate. Stir continuously until uniform color is achieved, adjusting amount to reach desired shade.
- Using a fork or dipping tool, dip each pretzel halfway or fully into green chocolate. Allow excess coating to drip off before transferring.
- Return coated pretzels to parchment-lined sheet. Immediately sprinkle with chosen toppings while chocolate remains wet.
- Let pretzels set at room temperature for 20-30 minutes, or refrigerate for 10 minutes until chocolate hardens. Store in airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
