01 - Unroll each Fruit Roll-Up completely and arrange flat on a clean work surface or a sheet of parchment paper.
02 - Scoop approximately 1/3 cup of softened ice cream and place in the center of each Fruit Roll-Up.
03 - Top the ice cream with a sprinkle of rainbow sprinkles or mini chocolate chips if desired.
04 - Carefully fold the edges of the Fruit Roll-Up over the ice cream, gently pressing to seal the edges together and fully enclose the filling.
05 - Serve immediately for a soft and chewy consistency, or transfer the wrapped pieces to a tray and freeze for 30 minutes for a firmer texture.
