Banana rounds dipped in rich chocolate and coated in toppings. Great for snacking or sharing.

# What You Need:

→ Fruit

01 - 2 large ripe bananas

→ Chocolate

02 - 7 ounces dark or milk chocolate, chopped

→ Toppings (optional)

03 - 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (such as almonds, peanuts, or pistachios)
04 - 2 tablespoons sprinkles
05 - 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
06 - 1 tablespoon sea salt flakes

# How to Make It:

01 - Peel bananas and slice them into 1/2-inch thick rounds.
02 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange banana slices in a single layer and place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
03 - Melt the chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pot of gently simmering water, stirring until smooth, or microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring each time until fully melted.
04 - Remove banana slices from the freezer. Using a fork or toothpick, dip each banana piece halfway or entirely in melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
05 - Place the coated banana bites back on the parchment-lined tray. Immediately sprinkle with your chosen toppings before the chocolate hardens.
06 - Return the tray to the freezer for at least 30 minutes, or until chocolate is firm.
07 - Serve the chocolate dipped banana bites frozen or let them soften slightly for optimal texture.
